Book Whiskey Down for your event and experience their high-energy performance live! Whether it's a private party, corporate event, or festival, this dynamic band will entertain your guests with their versatile music spanning country, rock, and pop genres.
Cancellation Policy
Whiskey Down Booking Policy 1. Booking Process: - To request a booking, please contact us via email at whiskeydown2022@gmail.com or Facebook with details about your event, including date, time, location, and type of event. - A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability and discuss your needs. 2. Deposit and Payment: - A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. - The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. - Payment can be made via Cash, Check, or Cash App. 3. Performance Details: - Set lengths typically range from 45 to 60 minutes, with breaks as needed. Custom setlists can be discussed upon request. - We will provide our own sound equipment; however, specific sound requirements should be communicated in advance. 4. Venue Requirements: - The venue must provide adequate space for our setup, including the following: *full drum kit (unless an acoustic gig is requested) *Guitar/amps *Bass/amps *Vocalist/microphones *PA System *and power outlets. - Please ensure the venue has the necessary permits and complies with local noise ordinances. 5. Cancellations: - Cancellations made 2 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit. - If a cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will offer a full refund of the deposit. 6. Liability: - Whiskey Down is insured for liability. However, we recommend that venues have their own liability coverage as well. 7. Communication: - Clear communication is essential for a successful event. Please provide a point of contact for all coordination leading up to the performance. 8. Final Confirmation: - A final confirmation of all details will be sent 3-5 days prior to the event. Please review and respond with any changes or confirmations.
